INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
Payments: $200 per person deposit is due within 7 days of confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Payments can be made by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Full payment for reservations made within 60 days of departure are due within 7 days.
Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. Aqua-Trek recommends travel insurance.
Changes: Changes after initial payment incur $25 charge per change. Changes within 60 days before are allowed for $50 per change if space permits, plus any fees collected by the airlines(s).
Late Payments: Payments received late can result in cancellation and incur $50 per person fee.
Validity: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Documentation: Fiji requires a valid passport with at least three months of validity beyond the intended travel dates. U.S., Canadian, Australian and New Zealand citizens do not need a visa to enter Fiji.
Travel documents: Travel documents will be mailed 3 weeks prior to departure. No travel documents are released without a completed and signed booking form from each traveler.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Definition: Group bookings are reservations consisting of ten or more individuals traveling on the same dates on the same flights.
Payments: $200 per person deposit is due within 14 days of confirmation. Second payment (50% the remaining balance) is due 90 days before departure and final payment is due 60 days before departure. Reservations made within 60 days of departure are due within 7 days. All payments must be made by check.
Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. Aqua-Trek recommends travel insurance.
